Arrests
- Joe W. Brand, 23, of 624 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.
- A subject is in custody pending formal charges of careless and imprudent driving.
- A subject is in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Heidi L. Martinez-Lafrentes, 33, of 1425 Ozark St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
- Johnathan R. Ayers, 24, of 1018 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
- Calvin G. Ayers, 46, of 36 N. Pindwood Lane, No. 15, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
- Deniquay T. Jefferson, 23, address unknown, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent, possession of a defaced firearm, unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.
- Two 14-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance by fighting.

Thefts
- US Bank, 3060 William St., reported forgery.
- A Missouri license plate tab was reported stolen.
- Tractor Supply Co., 501 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of clothing.
- Money was reported stolen at 1325 Brookshire Road.
- Tools were reported stolen at 97 N. Kingshighway.
- Edgewater Glass, 324 S. Plaza Way, reported a burglary.
- A red 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier was reported stolen at Maple and Ellis streets.
- Forgery was reported at 1602 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
- A pair of windshields were reported damaged at Highway 74 and South Sprigg Street.
- A windshield was reported damaged at 900 Perry Ave.
- A door was reported damaged and a space heater, refrigerator, washer and dryer reported stolen at 1027 S. Ellis St.
- A window was reported broken at 709 S. Ellis St.
Miscellaneous
- A license plate was reported lost.
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute was reported.
- A request for service/assist other agency was reported.
- Books of checks were reported found at 1027 S. Ellis St.
