PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Corrie Hogan and Travis Burger exchanged vows March 1, 2003, at St. Maurus Catholic Church in Biehle, Mo. The Rev. Mark Bozada performed the ceremony. Music was provided by the Essners, cousins of the groom.
The bride is the daughter of Charles Renner of Perryville and Bonnie Hartma of Chester, Ill. Mike and Judy Burger of Scott City are parents of the groom.
Amy Bennett of Perryville, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Shay Mills of Perryville; Leslie Mayfield of Friedheim, Mo., cousin of the bride; Karen Slack of Perryville and Lori Mangels of Friedheim.
Best man was Patrick Johnston of Scott City. Groomsmen were Bryan and Dale Burger, brothers of the groom; Jeremy Enderle, cousin of the groom, all of Scott City; and Joe Brown of Perryville. Ushers were David Enderle, cousin of the groom, Brent Raines, both of Scott City, and Berry Graham of Cape Girardeau.
Candlelighters were Christa Long of Scott City and Whitney Ostendorf of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom.
Flower girl was Taylor Barnett. Ringbearer was Kyle Lappe, cousin of the groom.
Cindy Johnston of Scott City attended the guest book.
Following the ceremony, the reception and dance was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.
The rehearsal dinner was held Feb. 28 at Bill's Place in Biehle.
Mrs. Burger is a 1998 graduate of Perryville High School. She is a jailer at Perry County Sheriff's Department in Perryville.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Scott City High School. He is owner of Burger's Landscaping.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple is residing in Friedheim.
