James and Martha Wills of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Renee Wills of Jackson, to Luke Justin Seyer. He is the son of Marilyn Seyer of Jackson, and the late Ronnie Seyer. Wills is a 1993 graduate of Jackson High School.
