Fall Chicken Fry Sedgewickville Lutheran Church will be hosting their annual Fall Chicken Fry from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28. They will be serving fried chicken with all the trimmings. The church is located at the corner of Route K and WW in Sedgewickville. Annual Barbeque
An annual barbeque will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 13 and 14, at Bald Knob Cross, Alto Pass, Ill., located 17 miles south of Murphysboro, Ill. off Route 127. Carryouts available. Welcome Center hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. For more information call 618-893-2344 or 618-532-8188.
