BENTON, Mo. -- A Minnesota resident charged with stealing and possession of drugs has been released for the second time on a personal recognizance bond in two months.

Scott County Associate Circuit Judge Scott Horman ordered Nicole L. Beaulieu, 28, released on her own recognizance Tuesday on charges of felony stealing.

Her bond had been set at $15,000 when she was arrested Friday on the stealing charge.

Judge Horman allowed Beaulieu release on her own recognizance March 6 on the drug charges.

Horman said that in all bond hearing cases evidence on both sides is presented to the court before a determination is made.

"I've made it a policy I'm not going to comment on individual cases," Horman said Thursday.
