Sappington-Houseman

Amy Elizabeth Sappington and Jesse Dean Houseman exchanged vows Dec. 9, 2006, at Chaumette Winery in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. Rob Mehner performed the ceremony. Pianist was Brett Yount of Cape Girardeau.

Parents of the couple are Don and Julie Sappington of Jackson, and Dean and Kim Houseman of Millersville.

Matron of honor was Christy Gibbs of Jackson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Hannah Fowler, Torie Cox and Ashley Skinner, all of Jackson.

Josh Houseman of Millersville was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Travis Niswonger, Kendall Rhodes and Casey Alderson, all of Jackson. Usher was Tyler Dumey of Jackson.

Flower girls were Gwen and Gretchen Tedder of Cape Girardeau, daughters of Jackie Tedder and Keith Tedder.

Annie Jestus attended the guest book.

The reception was held at the winery.

The rehearsal dinner was held Dec. 8.

Mrs. Houseman is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School. She expects to receive a degree in public relations from Southeast Missouri State University in May.

The groom is a 2005 graduate of Jackson High School and attended Southeast. He is employed by S&S Properties.

The couple resides in Jackson.
