Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Rebecca M. Martin, 21, of 1735 Bessie St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
• Levan M. Johnson, 32, of 2726 Peach Tree St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges for driving while suspended, no insurance and no seat belt.
• Scott Allen Pikey, 1104 W. Mount Auburn Road, Apt. 109, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Summons

• Crystal L. Newton, 30, of 616 Willam St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

• A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Checks were reported stolen at 703 E. Rodney Drive.

• A cell phone, phone charger and keys were reported stolen at 1112 Linden St.
• Cash, a driver's license and personal items were reported stolen at 1330 Bertling St.
• A white bicycle was reported stolen at 1808 Delwin St.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A theft, property damage and trespassing were reported.
• Forgery was reported.

Burglaries

• Kiefner Brothers, 2126 Independence St., reported a burglary and theft of a propane head, grinder, router and assorted construction tools.
• Frito Lay, 1857 Rusmar St., reported a burglary and theft of a dolly.
• Rains Ceramic Tile, 1542 Sloan Creek, reported a burglary and theft of a saw, drill level and speed square.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged at 121 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

• Trespassing was reported.
• A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Jackson

Arrests

• Douglas R. Wallace, 31, of 135 Pin Oak, Lot 176, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for traffic charges and a probation violation.

Miscellaneous

• A domestic dispute was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A request to keep the peace was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
