Second child, first son. Mrs. Collier is the former Dawn Buchanan, daughter of Joe and Sondra Buchanan of Benton, Mo. She is a loan officer at Progressive Farm Credit. Collier is the son of Freeman and Bonnie Collier of Villa Ridge, Ill., and Linda Dandridge of Cordova, Tenn. He is an electrician at Electrical Contractors Inc.

Cooper

Son to Tony Gale and Teresa Gail Cooper of Advance, Mo., Southeast Missouri Hospital, 4:48 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003. Name, Carson Michael. Weight, 7 pounds 8 ounces. Fourth child, third son. Mrs. Cooper is the former Teresa VanGennip, daughter of the late Jim and Betty VanGennip of Advance. She is a sixth grade teacher at Leopold R-III School District. Cooper is the son of Marilyn Cooper of Sikeston, Mo., and Larry and Welma Cooper of Bloomfield, Mo. He is a truck driver with Bollinger County Highway Department.
