Arrests Lonnie D. Fisher Jr., 25, of 714 Vine, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Mississippi County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.

Reginald Carman, 45, of 430 N. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Shaun M. Varro, 23, of 6 Village Drive, Apt. C, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday for a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Thefts A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at 408 Bellevue.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

Jewelry was reported stolen Wednesday at the Rosengarten Complex at Southeast Missouri State University.
