Cape Girardeau AARP chapter meets today

The Cape Girardeau Chapter of AARP No. 4041 meets at 1:30 p.m. today at the Cape Girardeau Senior Center, 921 N. Clark Ave. The program, presented by Chuck Martin, CVB director, will be "Southeast Missouri -- Seeking the Sites." There will be a door-prize drawing.

Women in Agriculture will meet Thursday

The Scott County Women in Agriculture will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the USDA office on Highway 77 in Benton. Paul Schnare from Sunny Hill Garden Center in Cape Girardeau will present a program, "Lawn Care and Maintenance." All women are invited to attend. Cape Senior Center dance will be Friday

The Cape Senior Center will hold a dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday. Proceeds will benefit the building fund.
