Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

Michael S. Cardwell, 19, of 3014 Beavercreek Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
Cheryl L. Robinson, 60, of 607 S. Main St., Royalton, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper turn and fail to use turn signal.

Arrests

Bradley A. Crowden, 27, of 3008 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.
A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, no operator's license, two counts of fail to stop at a stop sign, careless and imprudent driving, fail to maintain right half of roadway and resisting arrest by fleeing and trespassing.
Sarah A. McGee, 21, of 8 Village Drive, Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
William H. Jones, 21, of 439 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of inoperable brake lights and possession of marijuana.
Quincy L. James, 27, of 27 N.W. 125th Road, Warrensburg, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
Rodney D. Smith, 20, of 955 Fort St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of escape from commitment
Delanoric B. Webb, 21, of 1003 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving and no insurance.
Charles L. Harless, 21, of 501 Stone St., Oran, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.

Thefts

BP Gas Station, 3276 William St., reported gasoline theft.
A check forgery was reported at 1700 Broadway.
Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported stealing. Patricia A. Cox, 42, of 622 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
A window display, vinyl siding display kit, a cell phone, cigarettes and window sample kit were reported stolen from 2545 Lynnwood Drive.
Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline theft.
Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported a counterfeit $20 bill.
Ferrell Mobile Homes, 890 S. Kingshighway, reported a refrigerator stolen.
A bicycle was reported stolen at 1521 Themis St.
A bicycle was reported stolen at 211 S. Hanover St.
A camera, DVD player, chairs and a television were reported stolen at 1015 Bloomfield St.
Keys and a cell phone were reported stolen at 2524 S. Sprigg St.
A rocking chair was reported stolen from 2021 W. Cape Rock Drive.
Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gasoline theft.
A bicycle was reported stolen from 318 S. Lorimer St.
A lawn mower was reported stolen at 861 S. Kingshighway.
Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
A wallet was reported stolen at 15 N. Main St.
Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.

Property damage

Vehicle damage was reported at 1100 Ranney Ave.
An air conditioner was reported damaged at 2218 Lakewood Drive.
Accidental property damage was reported at 330 Siemers Drive.
A glass door was reported broken at 28 Camellia Drive.
A vehicle window was reported broken and car door trim damaged at 2587 Fairlane Drive.

Assaults

An assault was reported.
A domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

Harassment by phone was reported.

Open burning was reported
A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

The following items were reported by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Brian W. Godair, 35, of 290 Tumbleweed Pass, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, harassment and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

Teddy W. May, 51, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 18, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

Joshua A. Gholson, 20, of 1004 Greensferry Road, received a summons for trespassing and riding a skateboard in a prohibited area.
Tyler J. Clark, 20, of 1735 David St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons for trespassing.

Thefts

A theft was reported in the 1200 block of Cherokee Street.
A trailer was reported stolen in the 4600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 500 block of South Hope Street.
A CB radio was reported stolen in the 200 block of South Missouri Street.
Fuel was reported stolen in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
A theft was reported on North High Street.
Money was reported stolen in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.
Forgery was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.
Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Greensferry Road.
Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of North High Street.

Property damage

Property damage was reported in the 3100 block of Oakshire Drive.
Property damage was reported in the 3800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Property damage was reported in the 300 block of Shawnee Circle.
Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Kate Street.
Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Otto Drive.

Miscellaneous

Property was reported found at South Shawnee Avenue and Old Cape Road.
Harassment was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.
A domestic dispute was reported in the 100 block of South Bast Street.
Trespassing was reported in the 200 block of Goodson Drive.
Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of Old Cape Road.
