PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Kenneth P. Christisen, 65, of Perryville died Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at his home.

He was born Dec. 17, 1941, in Perry County, son of Ludwig and Evelyn Schremp Christisen. He and Pat Dillon were married Dec. 17, 1988, at Overland, Mo.

Christisen retired from General Motors.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Ashley Christisen of Perryville, Theresa NeuDecker of Missouri; two sons, Kevin Christisen of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., Randy Christisen of De Soto, Mo.; his mother, Evelyn Schubert of Perryville; seven brothers, Merlin, Larry, Ted, Allen and Ron Christisen, all of Perryville, Roy Christisen of St. Mary, Mo., David Christisen of Bluegrass, Iowa; six sisters, Loretta Wood of St. Louis, Judy Fry of Fenton, Norma Schumer, Patricia Torbert, Terrie Emmendorfer and Donna Mahnken, all of Perryville; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, a brother and a sister.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 a.m. to service time Friday at Miller Family Funeral Home.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Schafer officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
