Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Madeline C. Bucher, 22, of 2096 Kage Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a stop sign.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, driving a vehicle with expired plates, failure to show proof of insurance and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

  • Rosie L. Jackson, 28, of 324 S. Lorimer St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for parole violation.
  • Glenn M. Keller, 23, of Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Michelle E. Williams, 24, of Baton Rouge, La., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Shaleia K. Payne, 22, of 923 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Larry W. Wood, 54, of Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving without a license.

Thefts

  • CDs were reported stolen and a motor vehicle was reported damaged at 2570 Magnolia Ave.
  • Miscellaneous tools were reported stolen at 1515 Kingsbury Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, of 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported two gasoline thefts.
  • Rhodes 101, of 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
  • Rhodes 101, of 2109 William St., reported gasoline theft.
  • Cue sticks and a case were reported stolen at 26 N. Main St.
  • Rhodes 101, of 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline theft.
  • A television, PlayStation 2 and 3 consoles, PlayStation games, clothing and scales were reported stolen at 131 S. Louisiana St. A window was reported broken and a door and miniblind were reported damaged in the same incident.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 2726 Peach Tree St. A vehicle window was reported broken in the same incident.
  • An in-dash CD player was reported stolen at 3120 Themis St.
  • MP3 players, a memory chip and an adapter were reported stolen at 207 Mason St.
  • Bi-State Oil Co., 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.

Summons

  • Kaci S. Brown, 21, of 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 108, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

Property damage

  • Motor vehicle damage was reported at 1703 N. West End Blvd.
  • Screen door damage was reported at 209 S. West End Blvd.
  • Motor vehicle damage was reported at 1751 Independence St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Dale Koehler, 40, of 122 Bellevue St., Apt. 21, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrest

  • Justin Locke, 22, 119 N. Union Ave. Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 100 block of North Hope Street.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Otto Drive.
  • Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Jackson Trail.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street.
  • Found property was reported in the 2300 block of North High Street.
  • A court order violation was reported in the 600 block of Greensferry Road.
