MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- The Rev. Charles and Bessie Welker of Bollinger County announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Marie Bollinger, to Gary Wayne Ludwig. He is the son of Joe and Loustell Ludwig of Jackson. Bollinger is also the daughter of the late Wilma Welker.
Bollinger is employed at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
