The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jeremy R. Bivins, 25, of Early, Texas, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Benjamin J. Burke, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Oct. 3 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing a bad check.

Kurt O. Stoessel, 38, of Hillsboro, Mo., was arrested Oct. 3 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Lionel M. Upchurch, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Oct. 4 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to return to confinement.

Joey A. Stoffregan, 25, of Advance, Mo., was arrested Oct. 6 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering.

Terry M. Craft, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

Samuel E. Rhodes, 49, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulently stopping payment of an instrument less than $500.

Denise R. Seabaugh, 25, of Jackson, was arrested Wednesday on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear.

Zachary H. Huckstep, 20, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
