According to Tom Meyer, leasing agent of Marquette Tower, Christo and Terri Chriss of Gatherings Catering had to give up their spot in Marquette in 2006 due to Terri Chriss' health concerns. The Allens took over May 1, 2007. The Marquette Restauraunt, which moved from KFVS Tower to Marquette Tower in May and has been open for six months, is open Monday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the bar is open until midnight. On Friday and Saturday, the restaurant serves food until 10 p.m. with the bar open until 1 a.m. No reservations are needed unless there is more than five in the party, and prices range from $6-$24.
