The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Lori A. Brown, 33, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girar­deau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Craig M. Ancell, 28, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Mary Jean Harris, 28, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.
  • Jimmie D. Reed Jr., 23, of 2517 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance.
  • George R. Strahan, 44, of 426 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.

Thefts

  • Clothing was reported stolen from 205 S. Middle St.
  • A car stereo system and CD player were reported stolen from 1409 Thomas Drive. A window was reported broken in the incident.
  • Prescription medication was reported stolen from 119 E. Cape Rock Road.
  • A CD player was reported stolen from 1330 Howell St.
  • A purse was reported stolen from 213 S. Broadview St.
  • A Rhyno bicycle was reported stolen from 1708 Westridge Drive.
  • Cash was reported stolen from 115 N. Ellis St.
  • A television was reported stolen from 531 Boxwood Drive.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 2411 Glenridge Drive.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive.

Assaults

  • A third-degree domestic assault was reported.
  • Sexual assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • An attempted suicide was reported.
  • Trespassing was reported at 2621 Hopper Road.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

  • Money was reported stolen on Parkview Street.
  • Money was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Old Toll Road.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 400 block of North High Street.
  • Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Andrew Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
  • An attempted fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
