The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Lori A. Brown, 33, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girar­deau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- Craig M. Ancell, 28, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
- Mary Jean Harris, 28, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.
- Jimmie D. Reed Jr., 23, of 2517 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance.
- George R. Strahan, 44, of 426 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.
Thefts
- Clothing was reported stolen from 205 S. Middle St.
- A car stereo system and CD player were reported stolen from 1409 Thomas Drive. A window was reported broken in the incident.
- Prescription medication was reported stolen from 119 E. Cape Rock Road.
- A CD player was reported stolen from 1330 Howell St.
- A purse was reported stolen from 213 S. Broadview St.
- A Rhyno bicycle was reported stolen from 1708 Westridge Drive.
- Cash was reported stolen from 115 N. Ellis St.
- A television was reported stolen from 531 Boxwood Drive.
Property damage
- A vehicle window was reported broken at 2411 Glenridge Drive.
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 2777 Lynwood Hills Drive.
Assaults
- A third-degree domestic assault was reported.
- Sexual assault was reported.
Miscellaneous
- Interference with custody was reported.
- An attempted suicide was reported.
- Trespassing was reported at 2621 Hopper Road.
