Mrs. Wrigley is the former Cyndy Wiles, daughter of Dutch and Sharon Meyr of Jackson and Charles and Judy Wiles of Cape Girardeau. She is an elementary teacher with Jefferson School District. Wrigley is the son of Gary and Dana Wrigley and Pam Wrigley, all of Collinsville, Ill. He is a mechanical engineer with Nooter-Eriksen in St. Louis.

Spooler is the son of Lester "Bud" and Anne Spooler of Jackson. He is project estimator and manager with Denali Construction.
