The following information was released Monday by the office of federal prosecutor Catherine Hanaway for defendants appearing in federal court before U.S. District Judge Rodney W. Sippel in Cape Girardeau:

Pleaded guilty

Name: Elvin Jerome Pikes

Age: 36

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charge: Possession with intent to distribute cocaine base

Summary: Officers searched Pikes' home on Cape Rock Drive on Feb. 12 and found 39.5 grams of cocaine base and 9.9 grams of cocaine powder, along with digital scales, a semiautomatic pistol and money. Officers also found a $10 bill used by a confidential informant to purchase crack cocaine from Pikes. Pikes faces up to 40 years in prison and a $2 million fine. Sentencing has been set for Sept. 24.

Name: Kenneth D. Grady

Age: 37

Residence: Hayti, Mo.

Charge: Distribution of methamphetamine

Summary: On Dec. 28 Grady arranged to sell about 1 ounce of methamphetamine to a confidential informant. Grady gave the bag to the informant. The substance in the bag contained methamphetamine.

Name: Billy S. Porch

Age: 35

Residence: Poplar Bluff, Mo.

Charge: Possession of child pornography

Summary: Law enforcement executed a search on Porch's house Feb. 12. A computer found in his residence contained more than 600 still images of minors engaged in sexually explicit acts. Porch admitted using a shareware program to receive and send images of child pornography for some time.

Name: Crystal M. Warren

Age: 22

Residence: Cape Girardeau

Charge: Possession with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base

Sentence: 120 months in prison

Summary: On April 18, 2006, Warren was seen at a storage facility unit where officers had seized drugs and weapons the day before. Officers conducted a search of Warren's car with a drug dog. Officers discovered cocaine and cocaine base in her hood compartment.

Name: Andre D. Mister

Age: 28

Residence: Kennett, Mo.

Charge: Distribution of cocaine base

Sentence: 120 months in prison

Summary: On July 14, Aug. 8 and Aug. 30, Mister sold more than 5 grams of cocaine base to an undercover officer of the SEMO Drug Task Force.

Name: Kenneth W. Marcum

Age: 45

Residence: East Prairie, Mo.

Charge: Manufacture of methamphetamine

Sentence: 37 months in prison

Summary: Officers of the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department went to Marcum's residence Oct. 10 to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. The officers found Marcum at a shed behind his property, which was emitting a strong odor associated with the production of methamphetamine. Officers found several items used for meth production in a search of the shed.

Name: Travis L. Ware

Age: 35

Residence: Steele, Mo.

Charge: Three counts of distribution of cocaine base

Summary: On March 2, April 11 and April 25, 2006, Ware sold more than 5 grams of cocaine base to an undercover officer in Steele, Mo. Ware faces a maximum punishment of 40 years in prison and a $2 million fine on each count. Sentencing has been set for Aug. 13.
