The 38th annual Church Women United CROP sale and luncheon will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 13 at Centenary United Methodist Church. Early morning warm cinnamon rolls and coffee will be available followed by a luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with chicken pasta salad, fresh baked bread, dessert and drink. Hot dog plates will be available for children. Carryouts will also available. Items for sale include fresh fruit and vegetables, home canned fruits, vegetables, jams and jellies, baked goods, plants, children's items and odds and ends. Proceeds will fund a scholarship for a woman at the Career and Technology Center, Church World Service Projects and a Young Life camp scholarship.
