Cape Girardeau

The following items were reported by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Michelle Lynn Ferguson, 43, of Morley, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Jennifer Lee Noble, 48, of 1248 Normal Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Assault

• An assault on a law enforcement officer and attempted escape from confinement was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

Thefts

• Bistate, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline theft.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline theft.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• John J. Baker, 20, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
• Joshua D. Moore, 21, 155 Lavender Drive, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
• Devin F. Dormeyer, 21, of 2801 Hopper Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.

Summonses

• Eric S. Johnson, 22, of 1909 College St., Cape Girardeau, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
• Sam H. Penny, 20, of 1142 Oak Ridge Court, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

• An assault was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

Thefts

• A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
• A bicycle was reported stolen in the 100 block of North Georgia Street.
• Documents were reported stolen in the 500 block of North Hope Street.
• Medication was reported stolen in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
• Fuel was reported stolen in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• A window was reported broken and an amplifier stolen from a vehicle at 1534 Jane Drive.
• A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2879 Hopper Road.
• Gasoline was reported stolen at Shell D-Mart at 3415 William St.
• A theft was reported at 2316 Jane Drive.
• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 701 Good Hope St.
• A cellular phone was reported stolen at 2102 William St.
• Tennis shoes, DVDs and golf clubs were reported stolen on Water Street.
