The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jennifer L. Simms, 23, 121 E. Rodney, Apt. H6, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests Monty L. Jennings, 31, of 122 S. Bellevue, Apt. 2, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

Brian K. West, 39, of 312 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.

Robert A. Cartner, 50, 416 Frederick, Apt. 1, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary, assault, peace disturbance, assault of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and property damage.

Kristopher Free, 22, of St. Louis was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for failure to appear.

Travis Dirnberger, 21, 1053 N. Clark, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Kane Duncan, 30, 409 S. Park, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child.

Matthew Roland King, 30, 247 Natchez Trace, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing from Schnucks.

Summonses Leroy D. Wren, 40, of 503 S. Frederick, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for prohibited acts.

Quinton W. Headrick, 47, of 1101 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for maintaining a nuisance vehicle.

Thefts Medication was reported stolen Monday at 211 St. Francis.

An ATM card was reported stolen Monday at 1905 Bloomfield.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 3439 William.

A television was reported stolen Tuesday at 1735 Oakley.

A stereo was reported stolen Tuesday at 1431 Luce.

A shotgun, rifle and drill were reported stolen Tuesday at 2510 Fairview Place.

A Sony PlayStation, video games and a cell phone were reported stolen Monday at Towers West at Southeast Missouri State University.

K-Mart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported shoplifting Tuesday. Two males, ages 13 and 14, were cited into juvenile court.

U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a truck Wednesday.

Hubcaps were reported stolen Tuesday in the city.

Wells Fargo, 233 West Park Mall, reported stealing, fraudulent use of a credit device and forgery Tuesday.

BP, 3276 William, reported the theft of gasoline Tuesday.

Cash was reported stolen Tuesday at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

A CD player and radio were reported stolen Tuesday at 319 Park Drive.

A CD player was reported stolen Tuesday at 7 N. Park.

Property Damage

A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 132 S. Benton.

A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 515 Cape Meadows.

Property damage and stealing was reported Tuesday at 1822 F Big Bend Road. Two subjects were released pending the filing of formal charges.

A vehicle door lock was reported damaged Tuesday at 1324 N. Sprigg.

Tires were reported damaged Tuesday at 425 Koch.Jackson

Jay A. Jackson, 18, 1444 E. Main, Apt. 4, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Rondel W. Alexander, 40, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Theft

Gas was reported stolen from Winks on Old Cape Road on Tuesday.Miscellaneous

Check fraud was reported Monday at 309 E. Jackson Boulevard.

Medication was reported stolen Monday at the 100 block of South Shawnee.

A domestic dispute was reported Monday at the 600 block of West Washington Street.

A domestic dispute was reported Monday at the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

A domestic dispute was reported Monday at the 800 block of Jessica Street.

Peace disturbance was reported Tuesday in the 1900 block of East Jackson Blvd.
