The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Eric L. Holloway, 24, of 418 Themis, No. 3., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Dameon W. Oakley, 20, of 111 N. Clark, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of escape from custody, property damage, assault on an officer and stealing, and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

James D. Lilly, 41, of 1438 Highway N, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, failure to signal and no illumination on license plate.

Thefts A vehicle was reported damaged and assorted CDs were reported stolen Wednesday at 811 Broadway.

A credit card was reported stolen Wednesday at 45 S. West End Blvd.

A bicycle was reported stolen Thursday at 325 N. Sprigg.

Jewelry was reported stolen Thursday at 1020 Bloomfield.

A CD player was reported stolen Thursday at 319 Park Drive.

Jewelry was reported stolen Thursday at 1501 N. Kingshighway.

A wallet was reported stolen Thursday at 1010 Elm.

A purse was reported stolen Wednesday at Southeast Missouri State University.

Property Damage A vehicle window was reported damaged Wednesday at 1927 Briarwood.

A concrete deer was reported damaged Thursday at 1474 Rose.

A sign was reported damaged Thursday by Hutson's Fine Furniture at 43 S. Main.

Miscellaneous A blue mountain bicycle was reported found Wednesday at Indian Park.

Forged checks were reported Wednesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

A leaf blower and a riding lawn mower were reported found Wednesday in Cape Girardeau.

Tampering with computer data was reported Thursday at 20 S. Pindwood.

A windshield was reported damaged Tuesday at the 1300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
