The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Jamey C. Myer, 20, of Jackson was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Allaina S. Scaggs, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Jodi D. Martin, 23, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested Oct. 18 on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order and probation violation.

Tammy L. Malone, 34, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested Oct. 18 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic dispute.

Thomas L. Yarbro, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Oct. 18 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault of a law enforcement officer and resisting/interfering with arrest.

Cassandra E. Guinn, 19, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.

Howard H. Smith Jr., 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Tuesday on a U.S. District Court indictment for being a previously convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
