Friend and Family Day at 10:45 a.m. at First General Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau, with special music by Robyn Hosp.

Concert at 1:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Jackson, with Heaven Bound, of the Baptist Student Union at Southeast Missouri State University.

Fall festival from 3 to 5 p.m. at May Greene Park, hosted by Christ Episcopal Church and First Presbyterian Church in Cape Girardeau. The festival, called "Jesus in the neighborhood," is open to all children and adults and includes games, food and music.

Pastor William Harper of St. Louis will be the guest speaker at 3:30 p.m. during anniversary services for the Rev. Dr. William Bird, pastor of Greater Dimension Church in Cape Girardeau.

Wednesday

Judgement House presentation from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lynwood Baptist Church. Presentations run throughout the evening and reservations are requested. For information, call 334-3964. The event runs through Nov. 1.

Friday

Family fall festival from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Osage Community Centre, sponsored by Lynwood Baptist Church. All children, from preschool through sixth grade, must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is one canned good, to be donated to a local food pantry. Costumes are optional. For information, call the church at 334-4600.

Fall festival from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Fruitland Community Church. Games and food will be available. A canned food donation is suggested. All children attending must be accompanied by an adult. For information, call the church at 204-0724.

Fall festival from 6 to 8 p.m. at Commerce Baptist Church for children through sixth grade. Admission is one canned good, which will be donated to the Scott City Food Bank.
