Rebecca Cox

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Rebecca Lynn Cox, 42, of Advance died July 16, 2007, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girar-deau.

She was born May 23, 1965, in Advance, daughter of Luther and Erma King Cox.

Rebecca had been a certified medical aide. She was baptized at Gravel Hill Church near Bell City, Mo.

Survivors include her mother, Erma Cox of Advance; four brothers, Eugene Cox of Wappapello, Mo., Dale Cox of Marietta, Ga., J.L. Cox of Fairfield, Ill., David Cox of Biloxi, Miss.; six sisters, Barbara Head of Painton, Mo., Mary Mier of Fairfield, Linda Cox of St. Louis, Donna Lashley of Cape Girardeau, Millie Vandeven of Leopold, Mo., and Rita Cox of Bell City.

She was preceded in death by her father, Luther Cox.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Bell City.

Morgan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
