The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Ronald D. Burnam, 42, of 158 Park Lake Estates, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to obey a traffic control device, driving while suspended, no insurance, no seat belt and leaving the scene of an accident.

Brian M. Rodriguez, 22, of 2717 Hawthorne, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain the right half of the road, driving while revoked and no seat belt.

Arrests Angie L. Purl, 28, no address given, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Arthur A. Smith, 17, of 320 S. Middle, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Kathryn B. Garner, 17, of 2547 Lynnwood, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cheryl L. Thomas, 24, of 528 Broadway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Thefts A guitar and cash were reported stolen Wednesday at 1244 College.

A trailer was reported stolen Wednesday at 2120 William.

Burglary A burglary was reported Wednesday at 137 S. Spanish. CDs and a case, a DVD player, a Sony PlayStation and games were reported stolen.

Property Damage

Vehicle paint was reported damaged Wednesday at 507 Cape Meadows.

Tires were reported damaged Thursday at 515 Meadows.

Miscellaneous

Tampering was reported Wednesday by Rent One at 610 S. Kingshighway.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Wednesday at Interstate 55 and William Street.Jackson

Friday, Oct. 31

DWI

Thomas I. Bradley, 59, of 409 Shawnee Blvd., Apt. 12, Jackson, received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal a turn.

Miscellaneous

A 16-year-old female was turned over to juvenile authorities Wednesday for domestic assault.

A domestic assault was reported Wednesday at the 1300 block of Primrose Lane.

Windshields were reported broken Wednesday at the 2000, 2100 and 2600 blocks of East Jackson Blvd.
