Mrs. Newell is the former April Carlson, daughter of Ron and Jan Breuggeman of Glen Carbon, Ill., and the late Timothy Carlson. She is a teacher at Fredericktown Middle School. Newell is the son of David M. and Anna Newell of Kelso, Mo. He is a teacher at Fredericktown High School.

Ms. Cavaness is the daughter of Mary Cavaness of Scott City, and the late Kenny Cavaness. She is employed with Visiting Nurse Association. Daigger is the son of Daniel Daigger of Cape Girardeau, and the late Donna Daigger. He is employed at Express Rent to Own.

Mrs. Steffens is the former Amy LaRue, daughter of Billy and Lois Davis of Benton, and Gary LaRue of Wilson, Ark. Steffens is the son of Dale and Helen Steffens of Jackson, and Sally Steffens of Champaign, Ill. He is a diesel mechanic at Duckett Truck Center.
