The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Eric N. McKinnon, 41, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Gir-ardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to appear for assault.
• Larry J. Bridges, 21, 916 S. Ellis St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for prohibited acts (noise disturbance), violating a steady signal and motor vehicle financial responsibility requirements.
• Jeffery T. Wesley, 915 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for parole violation.

Summonses

• Michael P. Slovan, age not given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Bridgette D. Scroggins, age not given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Rebecca J. Snell, age not given, 2257 County Road 634, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Thefts

• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

• Thomas J. Vicory Jr., 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault and armed criminal action.
• Marianne Porter, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of forgery.
• Lana R. Dillard, 46, of Jackson was arrested for failure to appear for failure to register motor vehicle annually.
• Terry M. Craft, 23, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
• Latonya J. Freeman, 42, of Jackson was arrested for failure to appear for driving without a license.
