DONGOLA, Ill. -- Velma M. Sivia, 78, of Dongola died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, Ill.
She was born June 20, 1929, daughter of John and Edna Speck Dillow.
Sivia was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Bobby Sivia of Dongola.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Mission Chapel Cemetery, with the Rev. Jack Richardson officiating.
Hileman Funeral Home of Jonesboro, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
