GLENALLEN, Mo.-- Ruth Lucille Johnson, 84, of Fredericktown, Mo., formerly of Glenallen, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2007, at the ClaRu Deville Nursing Center in Fredericktown.

She was born Aug. 9, 1922, in Glenallen, daughter of Charles L. and Margaret Ann Dellinger Cobb. She and Roy A. Johnson were married Dec. 20, 1947, at Glenallen. He died Aug. 23, 1998.

Johnson was a homemaker and a member of the White Oak Baptist Church at Glenallen.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Govreau of Fredericktown, Mo.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Visitation will be from 3:30 to 7 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Mo.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Carl Hutcheson officiating. Interment will follow in the Glen Allen Cemetery.
