Arrests

  • Jesse R. Zoph, 17, of 1432 Price St., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • David E. Sanders, 43, of 1032 County Road 382, Whitewater, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for resisting arrest and failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Devin Lee Eastman, 19, 338 Limbaugh Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for stealing.
  • Darin Ray Lane, 22, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 72, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for suspended operator's license.
  • Ricky David Maglone, 22, 1108 N. Spanish St., was arrested Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for possession of controlled substance and failure to appear for harassment.

Theft

  • Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
  • A blank prescription pad was reported stolen from 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • Jasper's Gasoline, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • 2 North Bistro, 2 N. Main St., reported a broken front window.

Fraud

  • First Community Bank, 1602 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeit currency.
