The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• A man was in custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, warrant request submitted.

Arrests

• Beverly Haley, 27, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Lennie Dickerson, 39, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
• Tyrone Jones, 18, 535 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Tyrone Jones, 18, 535 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Summons

• Trinity Michael Daniels, 25, 2747 Adeline Ave., received a summons for driving while intoxicate.

Assault

• An assault was reported

Thefts

• The Shell gas station at 3415 William St. reported a theft.
• Theft was reported at 709 Albert St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 5632 Dalhousie.

Miscellaneous

• An man was taken into protective custody.
• Protective custody was reported.
• Phone harassment was reported.
