Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Ryan Thomas Blair, 24, 101 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
• Terrance Cortez, 24, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

Summons

• Jordan Joseph Spradling, 17, 2005 Yorktown Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

Thefts

• A purse was reported taken from a vehicle at 6 Girardeau Court.
• A purse was taken from a vehicle at 1003 Perry Ave.
• Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a gasoline theft.
• BiState Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a gasoline theft.

Assault

• A domestic assault was reported.
• A suspect is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

Property damage

• A front window was reported broken at 111 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

• A peace disturbance was reported at 2097 Pear Tree Court.
• Trespassing was reported at 1723 Broadway.
• A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Lambert and Siemers drives.
