Madison Lynne Moshiri, 4, of Jackson passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2007, at her home.

She was born Oct. 2, 2003, in Las Vegas, daughter of Shawn and Katherine Angelique (Mouser) Moshiri.

Madison's favorite pastimes were baking with her mom and dancing with her sister, Meghan.

Little Madison; her mother, Katherine Moshiri; her teenage brother, Michael Jeffers; and little sister, Meghan Moshiri, were victims of gunshots received during a murder-suicide tragedy at their home in Jackson on Monday, Dec. 3. Shawn Moshiri was the assailant and died at the home when he eventually turned his weapon on himself.

Katherine is now at the hospital bedside of her youngest and only surviving child, Meghan Moshiri.

Michael passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Loving survivors include her mother and sister of Jackson, maternal grandparents, Jerry Mouser of Fruitland, and Roberta Knights and her husband, Raymond, of Las Vegas; a cousin, Taylor Lynn Mouser of Cape Girardeau and her father, Robert Mouser and his family of Jackson; maternal great-grandfather, Timon Mouser and his family of Bixby, Mo.; aunts; uncles; and cousins too numerous to name.

Madison was preceded in death by an infant brother, Matthew Moshiri (June 27, 2002 -- June 27, 2002).

A joint memorial service for Madison and Michael is planned. McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson anticipates the date and time to be confirmed no later than Wednesday and will place notification in the newspaper.

The family respectfully requests memorials in lieu of flowers. A fund has been established at Bank of America -- The Moshiri Family Fund. Contributions or prayers are appreciated.
