Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.
• David J. Biler, 20, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor and failure to appear for prohibited acts.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a robbery.
• Money was reported stolen at 2971 Shamrock Circle.

Miscellaneous

• Identity theft was reported.
• A rape was reported.
• Harassing phone calls were reported.
