MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Welma E. Hovis, 67, of Marble Hill died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007, at Elder Care of Marble Hill.

She was born June 30, 1940, in Bollinger County, daughter of Lucus and Ona Gattis Simmons.

Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Wallace of Lexington, Ky.; two brothers, Glen Simmons of Marble Hill and Francis Nations of Zoe, Ky.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time Monday at Hutchings Funeral Chapel.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with Kelly Francis officiating. Burial will be in McGee Chapel Cemetery.
