FredaMae Robbison McGhee and Don Wayne Christian were married June 23, 2007, at Mount Auburn Christian Church. Wes Wright performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of William and Pamela McGhee of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Susan and James Jarrell of Bloomfield, Mo., and Don Christian of Dexter, Mo.
Matron of honor was Jennifer McQuay of Jackson. Bridesmaid was Christal Thomas of O'Fallon, Mo., sister of the groom.
The groom chose his uncle, Danny Nelson of Bloomfield, as best man. Groomsman was Robert Christian of Dexter, brother of the groom. Ushers and candlelighters were James McGhee of Cape Girardeau, brother of the bride, and Bill Medlin of Chaffee, Mo.
Flower girl was Taylor Christian, daughter of Robert and LaDawn Christian and niece of the groom. Ringbearer was Christian Swanner, son of Brandon and Danielle Swanner of Florissant, Mo., and cousin of the bride.
Megan Wibbenmeyer of Fruitland attended the guest book.
The reception was held at the church. Servers were LaDawn Northcutt of Dexter, cousin of the groom; Donna Nelson of Bloomfield, aunt of the groom; and Trish Seabaugh of Florissant, aunt of the bride.
The bride and groom hosted the rehearsal dinner June 22 at Ryan's Family Steak House.
Mrs. Christian is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School, and received a bachelor's degree in social work from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007. She is employed at Payless Shoesource.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Bloomfield High School, and received a certificate in television production from Sikeston Career and Technology Center in Sikeston, Mo. He is employed by city of Cape Girardeau.
After a wedding trip to Kissimmee, Fla., the couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
