JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Gov. Matt Blunt is filling two vacancies in his Cabinet with a couple of familiar faces, his office announced recently.

Omar Davis, 32, is leaving his post as director of the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for the top job at the state Department of Revenue.

Todd Smith, 48, the labor department's deputy director, takes Davis' place.
