Mrs. Seyer is the former Rebecca Marshall, daughter of Roy Marshall and Irene Marshall of Buncombe, Ill. She is a dental assistant for Drs. Jayne Scherrman and David Johnson. Seyer is the son of Marvin Seyer and Karen Seyer of Chaffee, Mo. He is employed at General Sign Co.
