MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Timothy Cris Payton, 44, of Marble Hill died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Feb. 3, 1963, in Lorain, Ohio, son of Kenneth and Evelyn Wontona Razer Payton.

Payton formerly worked at Fazoli's.

Survivors include three brothers, Willard Payton of Concord, N.H., Billy Payton of Dexter, Mo., Michael Payton of Malden, Mo.; and a sister, Joyce Dachs of Malden.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Gir-ardeau, with the Rev. Cy Smith officiating.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau is in charge of arrangements.
