Ruby Connor

Ruby W. Connor, 95, of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008, at Ratliff Care Center.

She was born Aug. 20, 1912, in Mooreland, Okla. She and Vincent E. Connor were married Dec. 13, 1941. He died Nov. 21, 1996.

Ruby was a member of Queen Esther Chapter of Eastern Star in Woodward, Okla.

Survivors include six nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Pleasant View Cemetery in Shawnee, Kan.

The family suggests contributions to Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.

Amos Family Chapel in Shawnee is in charge of arrangements.
