Firefighers worked with Cape County ambulance medics to extricate Pamela Rampley on a backboard from her 2006 Chevy HHR on Wednesday after a three-car accident at the Blowmeyer Junction area of Highway 25. Ashley McCann, 24, of Oran, and Rampley, 57, of Advance, Mo., were taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center with what police described as "moderate injuries." Firefighers worked with Cape County ambulance medics to extricate Pamela Rampley on a backboard from her 2006 Chevy HHR on Wednesday after a three-car accident at the Blomeyer Junction area of Highway 25. Ashley McCann, 24, of Oran, and Rampley, 57, of Advance, Mo., were taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center with what police described as "moderate injuries." McCann's car, a 2000 Ford Taurus was struck by a 1998 Ford Taurus, driven by Erin Kluesner, 32, of Chaffee. The impact sent McCann's car head on into Rampley's vehicle. Officers from the Missouri Highway Patrol, Scott County Sheriffs Department, the Delta Fire Protection District and Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the accident.
