JONESBORO, Ill. -- Iva Rhymer, 88, of Jonesboro died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at her home.
She was born July 29, 1919, in Dongola, Ill., daughter of John W. and Sarah E. (Smith) Dale. She married Jimmie Rhymer Sr. He died March 6, 1996.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Anna, Ill. She retired from Anna Mental Health Center after 24 years of service.
Survivors include a daughter, Darlene Clover of Jonesboro; two granddaughters; two grandsons; three stepgrandsons; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Billy Freeman officiating. Interment will be in Anna Cemetery.
