Arrests

  • Jose A. Tovar, 35, 624 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent (marijuana).
  • Eduardo Hernandez, 29, 3759 Dunnica Ave., St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent (marijuana).
  • Joni A. Self, 29, 2801 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, possession of controlled substance with intent (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Chad L. Woollums, 29, 1304 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute (marijuana), endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Ronnie A. Brown, 32, P.O. Box 252, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
  • Dorian L. Triplett, 32, 611 Sycamore Circle, unit B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license and suspicion of assault, property damage and resisting arrest.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Burglary

  • Controllers for a Nintendo Wii and Xbox were reported stolen from 824 S. Benton St.
  • An iPod Nano and cash were reported stolen from 822 William St.

Thefts

  • A wallet was reported stolen from 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.
  • An iPod was reported stolen from 1549 Lexington Ave.
  • Two screw guns were reported stolen from 2241 Derbyshire Lane.

Property damage

  • Car doors were reported damaged at 1446 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 100 West Park Mall.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Destany S. Hale, 23, 31378 Reiman Road, McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Joshua A. Lake, 22, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Lot 49, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Linsay G. Bloodworth, 23, 1909 Bloomfield Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

  • Christopher S. Phelps, 35, 123 N. Mentz St., Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
  • Tyrone Marion, 45, 1444 E. Main St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
  • Joseph To Lucas, 45, 2036 Big Bend Road, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt.
  • Richard L. McDowell, 44, HC2 Box 424, Zalma, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
  • Janice Lovekamp, 51, 605 Brown St., was issued a summons for failure to register.
  • Fred W. Beller Jr., 44, 2026 Providence Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register.
