BENTON, Mo. --Danny Ray Menz, 50, of Benton died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008. He was born Sept. 10, 1957, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Paul Phillip and Genevieve Ellwood Stuckey Menz. He and Diane Sue Glastetter were married July 29, 1978, in Oran, Mo. Menz was a construction worker for FGR Mechanical in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of the Craftsman Union...

BENTON, Mo. --Danny Ray Menz, 50, of Benton died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008.

He was born Sept. 10, 1957, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Paul Phillip and Genevieve Ellwood Stuckey Menz. He and Diane Sue Glastetter were married July 29, 1978, in Oran, Mo.

Menz was a construction worker for FGR Mechanical in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of the Craftsman Union.

He is survived by his wife; his mother of Benton; three daughters, Misty Webb of Arlington, Ky., Marissa Menz of Benton, Jamie Menz of Ava, Mo.; two brothers, Billie Mansell of Jackson and Paul Menz Jr. of Denver.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Unity Baptist Church in Benton.

Funeral services will be at at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Unity Baptist Church, with the Revs. Dennis Lowe and Dale Huff officiating. Burial will be in Unity Baptist Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
