The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jonathan R. Scarber, 23, 1420 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended, failure to maintain a single lane and failure to stop at flashing red signal.

• Two boys, 11 and 12, were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
• Matthew B. Blough, 24, 315 N. Frederick St., No. 201, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Three subjects are in custody pending charges for stealing.

• Community Day School reported a forgery.
• A theft of a purse was reported at 97 N. Kingshighway.
• Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A CD player was reported stolen at 129 S. Louisiana Ave.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A cell phone was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Concession stand items were reported stolen at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
• Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of a surround-sound receiver. David T. Thies, 21, 135 S. Benton St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
