New Ordinances

(First reading)n Approved an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 3034 and dissolving Lateral Sewer District No. 14-K-7, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14.

Denied a request for a special-use permit to Gerard Dirnberger for the purpose of maintaining and operating a landscaping business located at 1053 N. Clark St. (If the ordinance is not approved, a motion will need to be made to adopt findings and conclusions denying the application.)

Approved an ordinance granting a special-use permit to CLILA L.P., for a special use permit to install a sign at 612 S. Sprigg, located in a C-1 district. (If the ordinance is not approved, a motion will need to be made to adopt findings and conclusions denying the application.)

Approved an ordinance amending Schedule V of Section 26-31 of the City Code by establishing a 30-minute loading zone on Frederick Street.

Approved an ordinance amending Schedule F of 26-247 of the City Code by establishing no parking along portions of Frederick Street.
