To the editor:

I want to congratulate the Jackson Chamber of Commerce for picking up the ball and keeping up the tradition of having the Fourth of July celebration. Jackson is the best place to live and raise your family. I feel that during these troubled times we are living through we need to keep all the traditions we can. I know a lot of people in Jackson will be happy to hear we will have fireworks. I also want to commend the Jackson Jaycees for all the years they have put on the celebration and fireworks display in the city park. You did an excellent job. It would not be the Fourth of July without fireworks in the city park. You go, Jackson.
