Rosalind Vogel, 83, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, April 15, 2004, at her home. She was the wife of Raymond H. Vogel. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. April 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Douglas Breite officiating.
